Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your jewellery! If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how returns and refunds work at Zivaara:

Eligibility for Returns
  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Used items, customized pieces, and items without original packaging are not eligible for return.  
Return Process
  • Email us at info@zivaara.co.in and pictures of the product.
  • Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup (where available).
  • Products must be returned unused, in original packaging.
Refunds
  • Once the refund request is approved, the refunded amount will be processed and credited within 7 days to the original mode of payment.
  • Once approved, the product will be picked within 5-7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, we’ll initiate a bank transfer.
