Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love your jewellery! If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how returns and refunds work at Zivaara:
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Used items, customized pieces, and items without original packaging are not eligible for return and refund policy.Return Process
- Email us at info@zivaara.co.in and pictures of the product.
- Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup (where available).
- Products must be returned unused, in original packaging.
Refunds
- Once the refund request is approved, the refunded amount will be processed and credited within 7 days to the original mode of payment.
- Once approved, the product will be picked within 5-7 working days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, we’ll initiate a bank transfer.
